Prompt Service Delivery In Commercial Office Buildings In Dar Es Salaam
This study explored the factors behind delayed service delivery and attempted to identify measures to be taken to improve prompt service delivery in commercial office buildings in Dar es Salaam. A total of 73 practitioners form both property management and service providing agents were contacted for the study, whereby 50 among them responded successfully forming a response rate of 68%.
